15" Mac Book Pro Retina & CUDA error

I'm getting the error

when trying to start resolve on my brand new spankin new retina display MBP. Really annoyed as I basically bought this laptop for editing! I did a search and found the following fix

. I tried this and it doesn't work. However... I'm not really sure what it means by toggling in between! I set up the display as it instructs, and then open resolve, click out of the error, enter my log-in and then it quits. urgh. i have 9.0.4. Thanks for any help!

I might be wrong,

But I bought my son a 15" Mac Book Pro Retina for Cambridge and I am sure when checking the Nvidia graphics card never qualified with cuda functionality, 4 months ago. I need to buy another and I see the graphics card does now support Cuda, this is two weeks ago. A bit confusing and fast changing.

I had the same issue

You need to update Cuda drivers to 5.0.37
Click System Preferences -> (Other) CUDA - > Install CUDA Update

You can run with automatic switching of graphics cards - Resole detects cuda

Else its best to run in scaled display resolution -> more space.
