Zoom to fit resolution poor

Zoom to fit resolution poor

Hi

When I right click in the viewer and choose 'zoom to fit' the resolution is low and aliased. When I choose 'actual size' the resolution is better but I lose the edges of my frame.

How can I ensure that zoom to fit is better resolution ?
