Smart Videohub 40x40 1080p Problem

PostFri Sep 04, 2015 3:01 pm

Hello, first of all, sorry for my english.

I have some problems with this matrix router, it seems that is not compatible with 1080p, but in the specs the list of compatible signals are this:
720p50, 720p59.94, 720p60, 1080i50, 1080i59.94, 1080i60, 1080PsF23.98, 1080PsF24, 1080PsF25, 1080PsF29.97, 1080PsF30, 1080p23.98, 1080p24, 1080p25, 1080p29.97, 1080p30, 1080p50, 1080p59.94 y 1080p60.

I don' t find any reference to level A or Level B compatibility, the equipment connected to the Smart Videohub are Sony, HP laptops with mini converters, etc... not work, only works if i convert the signal with Datavideo DAC-70 to 1080p25, but don't work in 1080p60 or 1080p50.

There are some kink of logic that the atem studio only works in 1080p25, but a matrix don't need to convert the signal is no reason for that equipment is no compatible with 1080p, the old videohub worked well with 1080p.

My question, there are any firmware or upgrade to resolve the compatibility with this res?

Thanks,

Currently having the same trouble as Carlos-- is there anything I might be missing that's right in front of me? Trying to go 1080p59.94 into a 40x40 does nothing, 1080p23.xx works however.

Edit: Using an HDMI to SDI adapter lets me do 1080p59.94 fine from the same camera/SDI workflow, so it must be something with the SDI output of my camera. Troubleshooting that now-- Videohub is fine.
