Hi All,
Wondering if anyone has any experience with this issue.
Trying to get an Ultrascope installed into my computer.. but not working. I get the software installed (latest version), but when I launch Ultrascope, it Doesn't see any signal and the application basically hangs (can't change any settings and must force quit). also it says it must update the Ultrascope software (firmware?) and I tell it to do it, but then can't complete that update for some reason.
I tried the card in another computer and it works fine. so no issue with the card itself.
I'm installing into a Dell Optiplex 990 computer. I did do a fresh install of Windows 7 64 bit. I have a Nvidia Quadro 600 card in there as well (latest driver version). Also I did try to un-install and install an older version of the software, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
Seems like it should just work... but giving me all sorts of trouble. Thanks all.
