INTENSITY SHUTTLE THUNDERBOLT WORK NOT AT ALL

PostFri Jan 01, 2016 1:00 pm

Hello,
Received before yesterday the new case INTENSITY SHUTTLE THUNDERBOLT sérial N°2592454 from PBS-Professional and Broadcast Services 32 Avenue de l'Epi d'Or - Bat 8 - 94800 Villejuif - France.
I use a new cable TB Apple with a MAC PRO late 2013 and El Capitan OSX 10.11.2:
Name of the model: Mac Pro
Identifier of the model: MacPro6,1
Name of the processor: 6-Core Intel Xeon E5
Speed of the processor: 3,5 GHz
Number of processors: 1
Total number of hearts: 6
Hide from level 2 (by heart): 256 Ko(Kb)
Hide from level 3: 12 Mb
Memory(Report): 32 Go
Shuttle is recognized well by the Mac:
Port(Bearing):
State: connected Ring road(Peripheral)
State of the link: 0x2
Speed: Until 10 Go/s x1
Width of the active link: 0x1
Receptacle: 5
Version of the program interns of the cable: 1.0.16
Serial number of the cable: C4M4381000FF797AN
Version of the program interns of the controller of connection: 0.13.0

Intensity Shuttle TB:

Name of the supplier: Blackmagic Design
Name of the ring road(peripheral): Intensity Shuttle TB
Identifier of the supplier: 0x4
Identifier of the ring road(peripheral): 0xA126
Revision of the ring road(peripheral): 0x1
UID: 0x00040000005CA4E0
Chain(Channel) of routing: 3
Version of the internal program: 5,2
Port(Bearing) (upstream):
State: connected Ring road(Peripheral)
State of the link: 0x2
Speed: Until 10 Go/s x1
Version of the program interns of the microcontroller of the port(bearing): 0.2.5
Version of the program interns of the cable: 1.0.16
Serial number of the cable: C4M4381000FF797AN

The driver of Shuttle was updated by the automatic process during the connection.
The Blackmagic Media Express software is in version 3.5 and Desktop Video Utility is in version 10.5.3.
My video equipments are the following ones:
(1) Video-tape VHS JVC HR-S6955 with SCART cable towards 1 x cinch composite VIDEO + 1 x cinch AUDIO mono
(2) Camcorder DV Sony DCR PC 101E 16 bits with cable jack 3,5 mm towards 3 cinch COMPONENT (1xVIDEO + 2xAUDIO)
(3) Camera GOPRO HERO 3 with cable microHDMI towards HDMI;
Without being connected to Shuttle, these three equipments work perfectly well, with their cables, and videos are perfectly readable on monitor or on television screen.

On the other hand, once connected to Shuttle, whether it is in Blackmagic Media Express or in Photoshop CC 2015, although Shuttle is recognized (and configurable in Desktop Video Utility), no video is visible or log and capture. I have only a screen which remains black and the made capture is desperately empty (black). Photoshop CC 2015 shows me a "blue" window when the camcorder SONY is connected by jack 3,5 towards 3 cinch COMPONENT, and "black" window when connected by S-VIDEO/S-VIDEO connector. This, after the display of the window " Blackmagic Images Import " (YUV 4:2:2 PAL and Photoshop RGB 16bits/channel).

I tried all the possible and conceivable connections, in all directions, in the order, in the disorder, a single source at the same time, several sources at the same time etc. etc., nothing can be done. No video appears with the Shuttle.

Thank you to tell me quickly of that I have to make.
Cordially.
Jean Marchand
