Hey guys,
I don't think we've ever gotten BMG Media Express to correctly digitize a tape from HDCAM to ProRes. The App sees the deck, will set i/o without issue, and will even digitize the entire tape.
When we go to the digitized file, it's a mere 2.10 gigs and only has a few minutes of footage vs the entire tape. This has happened with multiple digitizes.
I'm using a Decklink studio with latest drivers. We're on 10.8 Mountain Lion and have several machines that this has been a problem with. Are people actually able to use this program to digitize?
