UltraStudio mini monitor firmware update

Unfortunately, while updating the firmware of the mini monitor, my computer crashed. After that the mini monitor does not appear on the computer.

Is there any way to force update the firmware besides just connecting the TB cable?

You could try going back to a much earlier version of the BM software and see if that forces in an earlier firmware, but other than that you would need to contact your local BM tech support and see if you can send it in to them.
