Decklink 12G 4K to teranex 12g to quad 4K

Hi

I have the following setup linking a Decklink 12G 4K to teranex mini 12g to quad 4K.

However when I set the deck link to output in 4k2160 23.98,24,25 with the RGB444 checked, the teranex mini indicator will turn white. However un checking RGB444, the signal is recognised. According to the website, it states it should work with RGB444 in 4K DCI for the teranex.

Is it a function not enabled yet? Or is it a cable issue? Do I require a specific 12G cable for it to work? Or does it only support up to 422 in 4KDCI?

PS. I am using the latest desktop video with updated deck link firmware. Teranex using the latest teranex software as well. I am on the MAC platform. Using latest beta 3 of Davinci resolve studio.

Yes that is a bug in the current release. The Teranex Mini isn't correctly recognizing any 4K DCI RGB signals - so 23.98, 24, or 25. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It will be addressed in a sw update, I don't have a timetable on that but I know it's in the system and being worked.
