Hi..

i have a problem.

I got a new computer with a new mainboard, i7 processor, etc...

I put my 6 year old Decklink HD Extreme together with my HDLink DVI into the Computer,
installed the latest software, 10.7.1 . I can choose the card in the settings of premiere but
i canĀ“t get a signal out of premiere.

Does the old card still work with the new computer? If so, which software version should
i install? I use Windows 10.

Can someone help me, please.

Thank you
Phil

Do you have BM device enabled in Premiere settings (Preferences/Playback)?

I have the same problem - no video output out of premiere or after effects. Audio comes through just fine.
BM device is activated.

If I do the following in Desktop Video panel, I can get AE to output a single frame:

Select output 1080i50
Select 444 RGB
Select 10PsF on
Save

Deselect 444 RGB
Deselect 10PsF on
Save

Voila. Output to monitor. If I move the playhead, output reverts to black.
Same to projector.

Tried every flavor of the desktop video settings.

Absolutely no problem with output in Resolve. Seeing as I have the same issue in Premiere, guess it is a CC problem...

I've tried DeskTop Video 10.8.5 and 10.8.2. Now hunting for version 9.9 which I read somewhere's else was the first version to support CC. Though my feeling is the problem is Adobe side.

I have now set up Decklink HD Extreme 3D+ in a Mac Pro 3,1, where it has been outputting signal perfectly for many years before being transplanted to the PC.

After updating to Desktop video 10.8.5 I have exactly the same issue as on the PC - no video out of either Premiere or AE - this time CC 2015 (the PC is CC 2017).

Can duplicate the one frame out scenario in exactly the same way.

Again, Resolve 12.5 outputs perfectly.

So this is a Desktop Video 12.8.5 issue?

Solved one part of the mystery.

Setting field order in Premiere sequence settings to upper (instead of progressive) gives me output on my external monitor.

Trying to figure out how to do this for AE.

Went as far as to upgrade to a Decklink 4K mini monitor card.

Same issue.

I think it might have to do with what the Panny is getting from Premiere/AE - again, Resolve outputs perfectly.
