I have the same issue right after the Multiview 16 starts. The racks are cold since the equipment just started too. Looks like it's not overheating.

Mine seemed to be just an overheating problem (I'm drunkenrobot). I added spaces over and under the unit and it seems fine now. Though, I updated to software 2.0.2 today and it totally broke output to my Dell P2715Q, so I rolled back to 2.0.1 and it's fine now.

At least for my unit, every firmware newer than 2.0.1 breaks it. I've tried them all and there seems to be an issue between my unit and any new release.

I talked to BMD tech support and they said that the Multiview 16 tends to get quite hot and to give it some space.
