HDLINK 3D PRO - Interlaced input to top-bottom?

Hello, I would like to know if the HDLINK 3D PRO can read half size interlaced stereo SDI video and then convert to top-bottom or side-by-side to HDMI? By half size I mean 1920x1080 where the first field is left and second field is right (or inverse) where you lose half the resolution of each frame.
