info on old Blackmagic Design DeckLink

Hello.
We have an old card withoud driver. In the actually PC (with XP) we see as id hardware:
PCI\VEN_10B5&DEV_A100&SUBSYS_A10010B5&REV_02
and as in everest software id: 10B5-A100
Can someone help me to found the right driver of this card?

There should be a sticker on the card with a barcode/serial number on it. This would help establish what exactly the card is.

That is definitely an older card. If you select the capture and playback devices on the support page, you can find the older drives for those cards under the Latest Downloads column. You'll want to scroll to the very bottom and see the various ones available for download.
