Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle showing the HC-VX870 feed.

Help!

I'm totally a noob, admittedly. I have tried repeatedly to get my HC-VX870 to show up in Blackmagic Media Express. Sadly, I'm not having much luck regardless of what recording format set for the camera. I have matched the Desktop Video Setup to the camera's shooting format, but I'm not getting any feed in the Blackmagic Media Express. I have no clue what's going on, and why it won't show. Does anyone have this camera and have you had success?

The camera is probably always outputting a minimum of 1080p50/60 which the Shuttle doesn't support. This is a common problem with consumer cameras
