Current setup is a PlayStation 3 outputting 720p59.94 over Composite into an Intensity Pro 4k, then pass through a 5" Video Assist over HDMI to a TV. Within five, ten minutes of a system reboot or source switch in the Desktop Video control panel the audio on the output has drifted almost an entire second.
The input is fine. Media Express, and the footage recorded in Media Express, remain in sync, even after long periods of time.
We've tried basically every combination of outputs: just HDMI, just composite w/ analog audio, just the VA, just the TV, and all of them end up with the same result.
Same result with a huge variety of other sources, both SD and HD.
Again, there's no problem with the input, everything is fine in Media Express, it's purely on the output.
OS is macOS Sierra.
