Decklink HD Extreme2 SDI abd BMPC

can anyone confirm if the Blackmagic Production cameras SDI output delivers a signal compatible with the old Decklink HD Extreme2 capture card. I have tried all sorts of settings on the camera/card and can't see a picture coming through, just black.
I have the camera set to HD 1080P 24 fps and the Deckink set to SDI input Single Link configuration. Media Express seems to report the presence of a VCR but all I get is a black screen.
Are the 12G SDI signals in camera compatible with the old Declink?
