Hello,
I have a strange problem with WDM driver on the Quad2 and DeckLink Quad card (latest driver).
After three to four days of continuous use of the card, all inputs on the card go black and the card is "locked", I have to restart the application or the PC. The hardware is always on and in use 24/7/365.
I have tried all possible combinations.
Changed software, changed quad 2/quad card (as we have multiple of them), changed PC hardware, changed windows version... but nothing helps, same problem.
Here are the specs
i7 6700k CPU
Z170 chipset
Win 8.1 x64
DeckLink Quad2/Quad
I have also an older Decklink Duo card bought 3 years ago with 10.6.6. driver and win 8.1 and I don't have this kind of problem with that card/driver. It all works fine there.
Has anyone else seen this problem??
