Alright, i've read like 20 threads and probably checked all the Decklinks and Intensity and Teranex models multiple times but i keep getting lost, so i'll try it a different way. A practical way.
Let's assume that i have some fullblown Ursa Mini's 4.6k50p RAW clips that i want to edit and grade in a UHD timeline in Resolve. Let's also assume i have 1) a LG B6 UHD 10bit OLED TV with 2.0a HDMI, 2) a LG 31MU97-B DCI 4K monitor and 3) a lame BENQ HD-monitor.
Now i want to use ideally the OLED TV as a reference monitor, the 31MU97-B for Resolve interface and the HD-screen for scopes. Other set-up could be the BENQ for interface and 31MU97-B for a reference monitor and leave the TV be.
Questions then:
Really appreciate any insights!

Questions then:
- What determines the output of the device (Decklink and the likes) i need for monitoring? The recorded files (4.6k) or the timeline in Resolve?
- If I put the 50p clips in a 25p timeline, will i need a card that can output 2160p50 or 2160p25?
- Likewise, if the timeline is 50p, will i need a card that can output 2160p50?
- Both the LG's have HDMI-inputs. Which device(s) do i need for both (or either) if i want 2160p25/50 monitoring in Resolve? Some only have SDI-out, so then a converter is added to the mix...
- Is it also possible to monitor in 1080p when using a UHD timeline, thereby reducing the amount i have to pay for a Decklink card. If so, will that cause extra load on my system? (handling the 4.6k files would be taxing as is)
Really appreciate any insights!
