NLE generated files play out on a Hyperdeck

I'm helpless lost.
I couln't figure out how to deal with NLE generated files.
What works: Copying something I made with the Hyperdeck to a new SSD and playback it with the Hyperdeck. This part works well.
But I couln't find out to generate a NLE file with PremiereCC17 on Windows. Our Hyperdecks are
ignoring all formats we have done. Since Apple dropped QT we are serching a mxf based ADOBE workflow on Windows but nothing will work. There are tons of different codecs an I would say, that we have all these codecs and formats on board, but maybe we could not find the right combination of them. Is there something for our european standards out there? (1080i50)
