I've recently got the Decklink Mini Monitor 4k and am having issues with it.
Everything works but if I shut down the computer then BMC desktop video software does not recognise the card anymore. If I reinstall the software then the card shows up again, until the next time I shut down. For the most part if its a restart instead of a shut down then the problem doesn't occur.
