Intensity Pro 4K Capture Source Problem

PostThu May 18, 2017 8:05 am

Hey guys,

Whenever I open Media Express and review my source, I get these green particles on the capture screen. I've never encountered this before. What could be the cause of this problem?

Thanks

Assuming the source isn't outputting something odd, have you tried swapping the cable that's connected to the source and the Intensity Pro 4K to see if that may be the issue? Also, have you tested a different source into the card and gotten the same image?

Looks like the artifacts that commonly appear on a bad HDMI connection to me. I would try swapping the cable, or making sure it's 100% connected.

Just solved this issue. It was on my source's color space setting.
