Desktop Video 10.9.3 Extreme 3

I have a Decklink HD Extreme 3 installed on a system with Win7 64bit and a upgrade to Adobe CC2017.
I recently upgraded to version 10.9.3 of Desktop Video, but it did not work, the application says it did not find the card.
It is not compatible?

I have the same problem with the Decklink HD Extreme 2 and Premier CS5. I am using Resolve now as an NLE but still find jobs using HDV material easier to deal with in Premier. I notice that Desktop Video 10.9.3 does not install the required plugins into the Adobe Premier directory so I guess support for these older cards maybe being phased out.
