Is it possible to edit a video after rendering it? I made a mistake in a title text and need to change it.

Or do I have to start again?

It depends on whether or not you still have the complete edit project file, in which you can simply re-open it and make the changes. If you only have the rendered file then (depending on its render format) simply import into a new editing project and make amendments as required.
