I am having trouble with a SDI>HDMI micro convert and am trying to update firmware. The software is installed on a windows 7 laptop and when I plug in the converter it is recodnized. The version of the converter already says 7.0.8 even though it was purchased June 2016. The manual says I will be prompted when an update is needed but I wasnt. Has anyone else had a problem updating these converters?
