Hi all,
Hoping someone can help. I've recently bought an Intensity Shuttle to use with Media Composer and get a client monitor up and running. I've lost so much time trying to get this to work.
First issue was no picture which a re-install of the BM Desktop Video drivers fixed, but then the audio went all weird and robotic/delek. I looked around the internet and read a forum post suggesting downgrading the driver to 10.4.2. This fixed the sound but then playback issues started, slow performance and video/audio not in synch. AVID have told me to contact BM for help but nobody has responded to my emails.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I'm running MC 8.8.5 on a 2017 MacBook Pro.
