how to stop preview cursor position

Everytime i'm editing a timeline (cutting, reordering, deleting clips) the player try to foward or reward to the time pointed by mouse cursor (even without click)

So very often I'm manually advancing frame by frame (with arrow keys) and when i simple move the mouse the player start redenring the time of video where the mouse pass through, this disturb my work and also takes lot of processing of my computer

is there any way to disable this "mouse preview"?
