One or more frames were dropped

PostFri Aug 11, 2017 10:24 am

I was capturing using Media Express and an error message popped up saying "One or more frames were dropped" I looked it up and found that this problem usually happens due to some parts of the computer or something like that.
Can anyone help me with that problem? And if I have to change some parts to fix it, I am planning to build a computer so which parts should I buy to avoid this problem?

It's mainly related to slow storage or slow CPU.
Post spec and also what format are you capturing to.

In preferences, uncheck "stop capture if dropped frames are detected".
