Hi All,
I'm having what appears to be a strange software issue. Here's my signal chain:
SDI w/embedded audio -> Blackmagic Design DeckLink 4K Extreme (latest firmware, Desktop Video Setup version 10.9.5) -> Media Express (version 3.5.3)
I'm monitoring my audio using the analog audio outs of the DeckLink. However, when I access Gmail on Google Chrome (version 60.0.3112.113 ) The audio monitoring will cut out. The audio does continue to record in the video file, with no audible interruption during file playback. The error only seems to occur in the audio monitoring during recording. Is this a known issue?
