Intensity shuttle thunderbolt 1080i59.94 problem

Im having problems recording HDMI 1080i59.94 signal using my Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt. It only works in1080p29.97 and 720p59.94. HDMI signal is coming from an ATEM Televsision Studio HD with a Black Magic sdi to hdmi Micro converter.
Im using a Macbook Pro running 10.11.6 and Desktop Video Setup 10.9.7. Is there anyone here who can capture and record a 1080i59.94 signal?
