No Video Input or Output with Intensity Shuttle

I have plugged in the Intensity Shuttle to my laptop but there is no video in or out via HDMI. Device Manager in Windows shows it as working properly but nothing is actually happening. I have the latest drivers installed. The laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 510 with i7 6500 2.50ghz cpu and 8GB DDR4 ram

What Motherboard do you use, because Intensity has a list with compatible Motherboards. If yours is not listed, then Video won't come through.
