Hi all, I have the Intensity Pro 4K and am using this as purely a playback device.
I have it connected to my LG24UD58 24" Monitor, capable of 3840×2160 UHD @ 60hz. I am using Adobe Premiere CC for editing on my PC. I have a fast V2 HDMI cable connected to the monitor and I am outputting as 2160/25P.
However, my monitor tells me that it is only receiving 1920x1080/25hz and does not show footage correctly? It is juddering on playback? In Premiere CC all looks well and there is no Judder?
I have all latest Drivers for Intensity and Premiere installed! I have used Media Express also to capture footage direct from camera and same results? I have checked footage data and it says 3840×2160/25p?
Can anyone please help?
