Decklink HD 3D no show
Posted: Fri Oct 27, 2017 3:11 pmJust got hired freelance at a company who has a Decklink HD 3D Card in a Mac Pro running Adobe CC. The Decklink is not showing up in Premiere, although the audio plays. Company has been without an editor for some time, so there is a gap in institutional knowledge.
Research tells me this is a common issue, and a reinstall of DeskTop Video should resolve it. Anyone have any input?
Client does not have record of registration/serial information to download current copy. Is there any way to find this without opening up the machine and examining the actual card?
