Ultrastudio4k Firmwareupdate failed

hi tony!
i upgraded the firmware on a ultrastudio 4k and had a power shutdown during the update
it doesnt work since then. the hardware doesn´t show up anymore (nor in the driver, nor in the editsoftware) so i uninstalled the driver, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled older version, ... and so on.
another computer didn´t fix the problem either.

is there another way to get the device working again ? some other tools to get it done ?

If the power was shut down during the update, you'd have to send in the unit to your regions support office. Contact them via phone/email to figure out the steps to get this sent in.
