I have a strange problem with an UltraStudio 4K device.
Recently we experienced a lengthy power failure which eventually had my UPS shutting down. When power returned all seemed to be fine except for Desktop Video not recognising the US4K. Everything else on that TB chain passing through the US4K is working as expected. System Report also shows the US4K to be connected. But Desktop Video does not see it. Tried different versions of DV even going way back hoping it will ask me to flash an earlier firmware and get it going but no luck. On the device itself seemingly random and unresponsive buttons would light up every time I power it up.
Using an US Mini Monitor in the meantime which is working as expected.
Just trying to make sure there isn't an easy fix before I send it in for repair.
