Where are desktop 10.9.9

Hello,

I saw on @BMD_NewsFR twitter account announcement for Desktop Video 10.9.9.
But I can't find them on support site?

Any idea of what is going wrong ?

Poof and it's gone..
Seems that BMD has pulled the Desktop 10.9.9 software from the website after several reports of capture cards and devices stopped working after the update.

So you might want to hold off just a bit ;)

I've got a UltraStudio Mini Recorder and an UltraStudio 4k. 2 days after installing 10.9.9 on several MacBook Pros, neither device is detected by Desktop Video Setup. I've attempted a downgrade to 10.9.7, but nothing seems to get the devices recognized. Wish there had been some guidance on not installing the update sooner! Now we cannot capture anything and our operations have been completely halted by the update. Anyone had any success downgrading to an earlier version to get their devices recognized? Were the devices completely rendered dead by this update? Our UltraStudio 4K is entirely unresponsive. Cannot change inputs, where it would appear the Analog button is 'stuck' on - cannot change to HDMI or SDI inputs.

I have a Thunderbolt Intensity Shuttle which has suffered the same fate. I am using Windows 10. The Thunderbolt software sees the Shuttle but the computer does not and so I cannot update anything. I have been in touch with Blackmagic support who say the Shuttle it "bricked" and there is not a lot I can do about it.
