Decklink 4k Extreme 12G single slot mode?

Is it possible to run the Decklink 4k Extreme 12G without the mezzanine card?

I would think so, but I haven't tried it with mine. I have removed and replaced the mezzanine card before without any hiccups, so you might as well try.

In the process of disassembling the mezzanine card I've lost its internal connector and nuts, can you make me a photo to know exactly which part numbers I need to reorder?
