Hi - I've set up the Intensity Shuttle (USB) on iMac (High Sierra) - it tests and captures video/audio fine in Black Magic Media Express - but whenever I try to record in Adobe Premier Pro, I keep getting "Capture Device Offline". Curiously if I go into record mode, I'm getting the audio - but no video . . . . . please help!
