Thunderbolt support on HP ZBook G1 on Windows 10

PostMon Jan 29, 2018 11:29 am

Dear Developers.
I have been using my Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt (S/N 1289215) with great satisfaction the last years on a HP ZBook 17 G1 under Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Since my upgrade to Windows 10 I lost the driver for the buil-in Intel Thunderbolt DSL4410 PCI bridge (Redwood Ridge). I recently installed the Windows 7/8/10 Intel driver 16.2.52.250 WHQL for this device with succes, but still is my Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt not recognized with the latest Desktop Video software version 10.9.10. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Yours sincerely,
Peter Jongbloed

Hi Peter,

This is not the place for this issue.. This is for software developers that are using the BMD SDK to develop BMD integration into there own software.

Also this is a User forum so the actual driver developers are not here..

You want to shoot a ticket in at BMD support. You can find on the website how to email them. ;)
