Media Express not logging from BM Cinema Camera
Posted: Tue Feb 27, 2018 4:41 pmTo get my files from my BM Cinema Camera I usually just take the SSD card out of the camera and read the files out on my MacPro. But now suddenly the last four shots do not appear in the Finder, they are not accessible for my OS, not even for Data Rescue (although it sees the file names).
The camera itself plays the files without problems though. So I tried to to log/capture the files directly from the camera via HDMI with BM Media Express (v. 3.5.3). Media Express captures the live feed of the camera without problems but I can't get it to log or capture any of my files from the SSD. Neither the older ones that get recognized properly by my computer, nor the new ones that do not show up in the OS.
I matched the settings (1080p25) to the files on the camera.
Am I missing anything? Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
