Panels/buttons not responding on some nodes

I was searching around and couldn't find anything on this issue, or didn't know exactly what keywords to search for. In any case, if I e.g. create a pEmitter node and try to open the velocity panel, nothing happens. I can see the button reacts, but panel doesn't open. This happens with some other nodes as well for checkboxes and radio button selections.

It's happening on Win10. I tried on three different Win10 machines, and happened on all of them. I tried on a OSX machine, where everything seems to work just fine. Does anyone know what might be causing it? Is there something in Win10 I need to change?

I guess?! you are talking about resolve? Can'find any reference to what you are using..
Maybe one of the moderators can move it to resolve subforum for a better help with users in that forum.
