Mini converter SDI to HDMI

I'm using a Mini converter SDI to HDMI (3G-SDI technology).The HDMI output is not available now; but I'm able to get the analog audio out.What may be the possible reason for this? (Also tried "Alt SDI In"; but the same result)

What is the source and have you confirmed it's one of the supported formats by the converter?
