Hi,
I am attempting to setup an A-D capture station using a BM Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt and a 2012 Mac Mini. The Mac is running OS 10.12.6; the Desktop Video Setup is the Feb 2018 version 10.9.11. The image capture appears to be normal but there is no audio. I've gone over the settings several times. I believe there is a clue in the fact that the Desktop Video Setup application Audio tab does not show the input level adjustment, only the output. What is the explanation for that? I've reinstalled BM DVS twice. Audio output from the Mini through the BM Intensity does work.
My 2011 MacBook Pro with the same operating system and the same Desktop Video Setup install does capture audio properly and does show an audio input setting on the Audio tab of Desktop Video Setup. This suggests that the device is not at fault.
Obviously a Mac Pro is not the same as a Mac Mini. Still, shouldn't they both work for this task?
