When I open resolve 14 I get the error "Failed to enable video output mode = 32347073". I'd like to try a different version of Blackmagic Desktop video. Problem is, the version I have installed (version 10.5.4) wont uninstall and hasn't been able to uninstall for 2 years now. Ive tried uninstalling with CC cleaner as well as with add/remove programs, It acts like it uninstalls but the BMDV Icon remains on my PC. When I try to Install a newer (or older) version of Desktop video I get this error "setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error". The only way I have found to remove BMDV 10.5.4 off my PC is to reinstall windows 10 completely which I actually did once before but once I reinstalled desktop video the problem happened again! This is driving me nuts! I haven't been able to monitor properly for 2 years please help!
