Dual Capture With Decklink

I am looking for this setup:
- Two Cameras (4k) into a decklink
- Decklink (output 4K) into a MacPro
- Capture both Cameras in DaVinci Resolve
It seems pretty simple but I've run into multiple problems. I would like 4k but it seems the duo and quad don't output into that high of a resolution. I could get two separate decklinks that support 4k output. However, I was told by support that I could only capture one source (even with duo & quad) at a time via resolve.
I want to make sure this is correct and if so is there a way around it? Thanks!
