Mni Monitor conundrum

Hi,
I just bought an Ultrastudio Mini Monitor I had been hoping to use with my Eizo CG2730. However I'm stuck on how to bypass the OS system calibration since it apparently doesn't have internal 3D LUT capability. Is there any good way to calibrate this as a reference monitor to be used with my CG2730? I have an older Eizo CG243W but it doesn't have an HDMI port, and only does 10-bit with display port. Any thoughts?
Also, there is a thin yellow line of pixels down the side of the image that is kind of distracting...
Thanks in advance,
d.
