Hi there-
I have a question - we have purchased 20+ of these converters to convert HDSDI to HDMI for some LED video walls. When I look at the HDSDI, the colors are fine - robust, normal, nothing wrong. However, when I plug in the HDMI output from the converter into a monitor, the colors are not as strong - sort of washed out.
The HDSDI input is 1080P, output is 1080P DVI. Any ideas?
FYI - converters have 7.3.1 f/w on them. I have also tried checking/unchecking the safe/normal levels box in the setup software.
Any ideas or anyone else have this issue too?
