Hello, I have:
- iMac 27 5K Retina
- Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt (ultimate Desktop Video drivers)
- Original Apple Thunderbolt cable.
- attached via HDMI a Sony HDR-CX130E (output set to 1080i50)

Problem: HDMI input not detected.

Can you help me ?

there are firmware updates for Intensity Shuttle (or they are automatically applied with Desktop Video ?)

You don't mention the cable length which if over 10 ft (3m) could be an issue. Also, no mention of the drivers version you have installed from us or the OS on the computer. You'll also want to confirm that the camera is actually outputting 1080i50 and not set to record in that format. Sony cameras may be able to output a different format than recording so a way to test the output is connecting to a TV and then press the info button on the remote to find out what it sees.
