We have a videohub switching between 2 rooms (cameras) into a video switcher. I can't get the load layout command to work. I have updated the hub with the latest software. I can get it to save the different layouts, which are saved on a NAS so they can be sourced from any computer on the network, but it won't load the layout and change the routing.
