Can DeckLink Mini Monitor improve the performance of davinci resolve? How much can be improved?

I am a post-worker who uses davinci resolve to edit movies. Editing 4k movies is difficult on Da Vinci. Can DeckLink Mini Monitor help me smoothly edit 4k movies?

not sure about the k2200, but it looks like you can improve bigtime with a new GPU, like a gtx1080. Also, 4k video's (depending on the codecs, etc) mostly require fast disk-speeds.

Not at all. It actually causes perforce to drop slightly (5-10%) as data has to be prepared additionally to be pushed to BM card.
Your machine is simply not fast enough, specially GPU.

It's an essential component for HDR grading. Seems to be no other way.

There is other way. You can use any other card+ one of HDFury boxes to inject HDR metadata.
