Hi
I'm planning to change my laptop soon, and I'm not familiar with Thunderbolt yet...
The envisioned laptop (hi-end) has only one Thunderbolt 3 port (and two USB 3.0 ports for that matter).
I plan to connect a "docking" device to the Thunderbolt port of the laptop, allowing more downstream USB 2.0 & 3.0 etc connexions. But the dock only has one Thunderbolt 3 downtream port too.
So, if I'm attaching a Ultrastudio Mini Monitor to that single T3 port (either on the dock, or on the laptop if the dock isn't connected), there is no way to use another T3/USB-C device concurrently, like a Ultrastudio mini Recorder, despite T3's daisy-chaining capabilities, am I right ?
