Ultrastudio 4K shutting down

We have an UltraStudio 4K unit that shuts down after half hour or so of use. It doesn't seem to run it's blower fan all the time like it used to but it does spin it up briefly on power up so it does work. With a bit of prodding it appears that the power supply is going into a low voltage state, presumably some over temperature shutdown or similar? Is this a new fan needed or new psu or something else?
